AGC Newsletter - Volume 21

Life has been complicated enough in 2020, so why open the round of golf at Anglebrook with three of the most challenging holes on the course in the opening quartet? We thought it was a good year to give our members a break, and thus our nines have officially been reversed—meaning the Anglebrook round begins with one of the easier holes on the course and we all have some time to find our swings before coming to our version of “Amen Corner.”

We suspect Trent Jones would be smiling at this change and other developments, too. He would definitely be smiling at the fact that one of Anglebrook’s holes was ranked among the best short par-4s in the metropolitan area in a recent issue of the MGA publication The Met Golfer.
